We believe in total privacy. Prime Merge does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or technical data on our servers or any third-party servers.

1.1 Personal Information

The App does not require accounts, logins, or any personal information (such as name, email, or phone number) to function. Any name you enter for local leaderboards is stored only on your device.

1.2 Usage Data

We do not track your gameplay, session duration, or device information. All game logic and analytics are handled purely on your handset without any external communication.

2. Data Storage

All game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device using a local database. This data never leaves your device and is deleted if you uninstall the App.

3. Third-Party Services

Prime Merge does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or cloud-based game services that could track your activity.

4. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect any information whatsoever, Prime Merge is fully compliant with children's privacy protections (including COPPA). We do not know who our players are, and we do not collect any data from them.

5. Internet Permissions

The App does not require or use an internet connection for gameplay. All features are available 100% offline.
